One by one, <\/span>the pieces of the <\/span>experience that the <\/span>Piraeus Tower will <\/span>offer its visitors <\/span>are falling into place, finally <\/span>bringing life to the building after <\/span>many years of silence. The <\/span>responsibility for the flavors rests <\/span>exclusively with Nice n Easy <\/span>Hospitality, known for its popular <\/span>gourmet and bio-healthy restaurants, <\/span>which will unfold four different <\/span>concepts spread across approximately <\/span>2,000 square meters of indoor and <\/span>outdoor spaces, all with a sea view. <\/span>“It’s a very important project for us, <\/span>which we took on with absolute respect <\/span>for Piraeus and its history, which will <\/span>come to life in the atmosphere along <\/span>with the glamour of past eras, uniting <\/span>these concepts,” explains Manos Gavras, <\/span>a close partner of Nice n Easy <\/span>Hospitality’s founders, Dimitris <\/span>Christoforidis and Christos <\/span>Athanasiadis.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Imagine a sort of food <\/span>market where you wander from experience <\/span>to experience,” he adds, trying to <\/span>encapsulate in a few words the central <\/span>idea around which this challenging and <\/span>demanding project was created. The <\/span>journey begins with the “nice n easy <\/span>cafe” section, which has just started <\/span>operating, offering a rich range of <\/span>special pastries and pies, such as <\/span>tomato and gruyere pie with arseniko <\/span>cheese and Naxos gruyere, cakes, <\/span>sweets, salads, and sandwiches with <\/span>different types of bread. In the <\/span>future, some daily cooked dishes will <\/span>be added, which, like the others, can <\/span>be enjoyed on-site or to go.<\/span><\/p>\n

The <\/span>journey continues in the indoor and <\/span>outdoor space of the “nice n easy <\/span>bistro,” which will bring the signature <\/span>culinary concept of Kolonaki to <\/span>Piraeus, with its healthy approach, <\/span>selected products from small Greek <\/span>producers, organic raw materials, and <\/span>all the other elements that outline <\/span>Nice n Easy Hospitality’s philosophy. <\/span>The “Majestic” will be the most private <\/span>and formal restaurant of the Tower, <\/span>serving as a reminder of the old <\/span>glamour of the Onassis era, with an <\/span>atmosphere inspired by the salon of a <\/span>luxury yacht, featuring polished wood, <\/span>waiters dressed in bow ties and vests, <\/span>and modern flavors with an emphasis on <\/span>fine meat.<\/span><\/p>\n

The last piece in this rich <\/span>mosaic of ideas for every moment of the <\/span>day is the open-air restaurant “Cloud <\/span>9,” which will turn into a club at <\/span>night with guest DJs and special events <\/span>orchestrated by Giannis Gerontakis. All <\/span>the venues will start operating <\/span>gradually until the beginning of <\/span>September, while the menus for each <\/span>space, plus a special sushi menu that <\/span>will be served everywhere, are being <\/span>created by nice n easy’s culinary <\/span>director Kostas Athanasiou in <\/span>collaboration with Nice n Easy <\/span>Hospitality’s executive chef Theologos <\/span>Amiras and the Tower’s executive chef <\/span>Giorgos Nestoridis.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
